The conference presentation system will include both PC-based and Macintosh laptops. All presenters should submit their slides at least 24 hours in advance via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or by bringing their presentation on a USB Flash Drive to the conference for loading onto the system the day before their presentation.
Please name the presentation file beginning with the presenter’s last name.
Speaker Ready Room
Presenters may view their slides prior to the talk at the conference center in the “Native American” room just behind the registration desks. This area is near the end of the walkway coming from the hotel just as you enter the convention center.
The schedule will be followed closely, so please be sure to follow the allotted time slot and leave a few minutes for questions.
Please use large, common fonts (Ariel, Verdana, etc.) that are easy to read.
The main session room will be set up with a podium, wireless microphone, monitor for viewing slides as the presentation occurs, a remote to advance slides and a pointer. The audience will view slides on 2 screens.
